The Valv-Trol High Pressure Balanced Valves offer the smoothest operation in applications up to 3,500 psi requiring the dependable control of liquids. Many of these valves are available in optional pressure ranges of 10,000 psi and above. Other designs are available up to 30,000 psi.

LOW PRESSURE VALVE SERIES >
The Valv-Trol Low Pressure Valves have a more economical design for directional control of low pressure systems up to 500 psi

We offer a wide variety of options to meet your needs for higher pressures, special fluids, flanged ports, special body or trim materials, quicker shifting, etc. Many of these options have become so common for us in recent years that they are now considered "standard” options. CONTROLS

The Valv-Trol Molding Press Controls (MPC) and Hydraulic System Controls (HSC) allow for intelligent operation of valves and other components to automate molding presses and hydraulic systems.

Applications: For controlling
the cure cycles of molding presses. The latest in microprocessor-based models are available. These units allow for better control of the consistency of molded products, which results in higher quality
and lower costs.

Hydraulic System Controls

Applications: For controlling the pumps, accumulators and valves in large central systems, high pressure descalers for steel, or other pumping systems. Complete control of all aspects is available by using simple switch controls or more powerful PC and PLC based units with visual displays.

Pressure Controller Direct Acting or Reverse Acting

Steam Pressure Controllers

Valv-Trol Pressure Controllers are non-electrical pneumatic devices used to modulate control valves (usually diaphragm actuated valves). They are the key components in closed loop control systems that monitor system pressure, compare to a set point and signal a control valve to move in response.
