Valv-Trol welcomes requests for modifications to our standard valves so you are furnished exactly what you require for your application. We offer a wide variety of options to meet your needs for higher pressures, special fluids, flanged ports, special body or trim materials, quicker shifting, etc. Many of these options have become so common for us in recent years that they are now considered "standard” options. LOW PRESSURE VALVE SERIES >
The Valv-Trol Low Pressure Valves have a more economical design for directional control of low pressure systems up to 500 PSI (30 Bar).

CONTROLS >
The Valv-Trol Molding Press Controls (MPC) and Hydraulic System Controls (HSC) allow for intelligent operation of valves and other components to automate molding presses and hydraulic systems.

HIGH PRESSURE VALVE SERIES

The Valv-Trol High Pressure Balanced Valves offer the smoothest operation in applications up to 3,500 PSI (240 Bar) requiring the dependable control of liquids. Many of these valves are available in optional pressure ranges of 10,000 PSI (690 Bar) and above. Other designs are available
up to 30,000 PSI (2070 Bar).

Application:This specialty valve combination is made up of a 3-way, check and high pressure inlet valve. Several versions are available for operating single acting cylinders or presses.

Application: Spring loaded piston-style makes this a dependable performer in raw water or water-based fluids, as well as oils and other liquids.

Application: Typically used to reduce downstream water or oil pressure. It is often used to control the tonnage on a cylinder or hydraulic press.

Check Valves

Application: Often used as shut-off valves for "gas over liquid" type accumulators. Also used as large capacity prefill or dump valves for large presses.

Back Pressure
Relief Valves

PSI: 300 up to 25,000 (21 up to 1724 Bar)
Sizes: 1/2"—2"
Application: Sometimes called a back pressure regulator or bypass valve. It is used to regulate the discharge pressure of a positive displacement pump.
